- Constitution and reclassification of Municipalities
- Conduct of election and settlement of election accounts
- All matters relating to Municipal elections and Municipal Councils
- By law relating to conduct of Municipal councils
- Election related subjects in respect of all ULBs
- Municipal House Numbering, Naming of Streets, Erection of statue
- Right to Information Act (General) and other Acts
- Creation of Grade-II Municipalities and Inspection
- Consolidation of LA Questions, Assurances and replies thereof
