The Municipal market consists of different types of commercial activities like Vegetable Shops, Mutton Shops, Beef Stalls, Fish Markets, Petty Shops and Provision Shops in various places. At present, Municipal Daily Vegetable market is located opposite to the Sacred Heart College in the Tirupattur – Vaniyambadi Highways Road consisting 159 open shops. Different types of commercial activities is concentrated along the Palanisamy Road, Duraisamy Road, Jinnah Road.
