About Municipality
Located in the Namakkal District of the state, Tiruchengode is one of the important towns of Tamil Nadu. The town is situated at a distance of 45 Kilometer south –west of salem and at a distance of 8 kilometer from sankari Durg, which is the nearest Railway station. The town lies between 11 o 20’0 “ and 11 o3 0’0 “ Northern Latitude and between 70 o 50’0 “ 78 o 0’0 “ Eastern Longitude.
