The Municipal Engineer is the over-all in-charge of Engineering Section. Municipal Engineer is controlling the Assistant Engineer, Water works Overseer, Electrician, Fitter, Wireman, Helper, Market watchman,Gang mazdoor are working in the section. The Engineer looks after the maintenance, of street lights, Maintenance Roads and Water Supply, laying of roads and distribution mains, construction of building, drainage. Maintenance of parks, head works and municipal vehicles. The other subordinate officers are assisting the Engineer to look after the above works.
