About Municipality

The Palladam Municipality was constituted as Town Panchayat on 1964, it was upgraded as 3^nd Grade Municipality on 05.07.2004. Now As per G.O.No. 154, dt.09.08.2010, Palladam Grade III Municipality upgraded to First Grade Municipality on 09.08.2010. As per 2011 Population of Municipality is 42243
