WATER SUPPLY
The entire water supply of this Corporation depends upon Bore wells and Hogenakkal Water Supply and Fluorosis Mitigation Project. At present through the Hogenakkal Water Supply Scheme the TWAD has to give a water supply (Intermediate) of 7.81 MLD. But due to drought Hosur Corporation getting 9.00 MLD through Hogenakkal Water Supply scheme.
There are 430 Bore wells in various parts of the town and surrounding areas through which the Corporation getting 8.00 MLD. Using this total Collection of 17 MLD of water at present 69 LPCD alone is being supplied to the public every day.

WATER SUPPLY IMPROVEMENT SCHEME IN DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
AMRUT 2015-16
According to 2011 Census the Corporation has decided to improve the existing service level by constructing new Over Head Tanks and improve the water supply distribution system. For this project Administrative sanction accorded vide G.O. MS.No. 109 (MA2) Dt. 29.08.16 for 87.91 crores (phase I) under AMRUT scheme 2015-16.
