Town Planning Inspector is the overall in-charge of this section. He looks after the work of maintaining the land use areas as per the approved zoning uses in the masterplan. Licensing of building plan approval, issue of installation license for machineries in factories, matters relating to land acquisition and alienation, action against the building constructed in deviation to the approved plan, issue of licence under places of Public Resorts Act, booking of unauthorized and deviated construction, approval of layout / subdivision of land / plots.
